I wanted to wait a couple of months before I placed a review because I wanted to confirm how great this steamer is and I am blown away of how great it works. I have benefited from going to a cleaners to get my uniforms done. My garments are so easy to steam iron that I can now allow my grown sons to do their own clothes without worrying of them damaging them. It is very easy to use and you get a lot done in a few minutes. I just love it!
I bought this professional grade unit as an investment for home use. I found the unit simple to operate and to fill with the included funnel. The magnetized wrench on the bottom is a smart touch. The wheels are impressively smooth, making it very easy to move. The steam power is good and strong; the wood handle stays a comfortable temperature. I appreciate that the handle mount doubles as a garment hanger and is protected by sturdy plastic tubing on one side to avoid scratching hanger hooks (and vice versa) and is not wobbly. I am a very happy customer and look forward to a lifetime of use from this well-made unit backed by a reputable firm with a decades-long track record.
